Seven-day listening guarantee
If The Reading Room isn’t right for you, contact the seller using the email address in your Payhip receipt within seven days of purchase. Include your order number and request a refund. We’ll refund your purchase in full, including if you’ve already downloaded the files.
For download or playback problems, we’re happy to help. You don’t need to complete troubleshooting before requesting a refund under this guarantee.
This guarantee is in addition to any consumer rights that apply.
